L & F Windows and Doors

You want to talk about quality work and amazing customer service this is IT!! L&F changed all the doors and windows to impact when i bought my house in florida. everything went so well from measuring to delivering and installing. And when an issue arises with a scratched glass they immediately ordered a new one to replace it. Now this was done last year when materials was hard to get and delays were unpredictable and all along the way they were in communication and did all to push to get my replacement done. Moreover the staff…. everyone one of the people who came to my house made me feel i was spécial anything i asked or any question it was always yes we can do that. Now I was not use to this, not having to fight and insist. The work was done well and it looks beautiful. Everyone who comes to my house comments on my beautiful doors leading to the patio. And for me i feel safe knowing my impact doors and windows are of best quality and installed perfectly. I highly recommend them to a

I can't even express how amazing this place is for window and door installations! They were super fast and did an outstanding job! 5 stars for sure!

If I could only give them ZERO stars. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! About two years ago we had them come out and replace all of our windows and sliding doors to impact windows and sliding doors. It took them two days and the workmanship was horrible. While removing the windows they broke some of the glass and did a very bad job of cleaning it up. So in the middle of the night when I got up to go to? The. Bathroom I stepped on glass which was not fun. Then my dog also stepped on glass which then I had to take her to the vet. Now that we are selling the house we came across a problem. When they completed the job and the inspector came out he noted some issues which he did not tell us but he told the company this. So apparently they never closed out the permit for the job which has been completed over 2 years ago. So now we are having issues trying to contact them about this. They have completely ignored our calls they have completely ignored our emails. Then come to find out that they have a law
