L & F Windows and Doors

You want to talk about quality work and amazing customer service this is IT!! L&F changed all the doors and windows to impact when i bought my house in florida. everything went so well from measuring to delivering and installing. And when an issue arises with a scratched glass they immediately ordered a new one to replace it. Now this was done last year when materials was hard to get and delays were unpredictable and all along the way they were in communication and did all to push to get my replacement done. Moreover the staff…. everyone one of the people who came to my house made me feel i was spécial anything i asked or any question it was always yes we can do that. Now I was not use to this, not having to fight and insist. The work was done well and it looks beautiful. Everyone who comes to my house comments on my beautiful doors leading to the patio. They did an incredible job installing new windows and flooring in my home. The team was professional, efficient, and the quality of their work was top-notch. I'm super happy with the results!

Installation went well however the design of the front window as a bit off. It resulted in a stress crack expanding across the entire window 109 inches. I began calling the company in 2021 it took one year before the could get someone (a supervisor)out to look at it. He said it said it was a stress crack and it would take 6 weeks to get it replaced. 4 more months went by. Everyone, I dealt with n longer worked there. I call and a really nice young man was going back and forth with me to get some resolution to the situation. I had to send photos of the stress crack and email it to them. After about 9 weeks of communicating with this very nice and helpful young man, I was told that they cannot replace the glass because too much time has passed and they can't do anything about it. This work was done through the Pace Program. I believe that the design of this window caused the crack and installation was definitely flawed.
