I’m giving the plumber Tarrance H. ???????? ????????????????????????????????. He knows his job and preformed it well, he explained everything he going to do in detail and answered all the questions I had with simplicity to my understand. He was very professional, his uniform was clean and shirt tucked in. Because of his personality and demeanor I would gladly use Prime Plumbing again if all their staff has these standards.

Great customer service and follow through on completion of job. Tarrance worked late in the night to complete replacement of my water heater and had to leave to get parts he was missing. He explained everything he was doing and was professional and pleasant throughout the process. Tarrance then had to return the following morning to assist me with an issue after the completion of replacing my water heater. He arrived early in the morning and was eager to be helpful and always presented with a great disposition. I would definitely recommend his services. Service: Water heater installation
