Not enough stars to express how pleased I am with my new metal roof. Extreme pitch and high peaks made it a very challenging job but the crew completed it with precision. The work is top quality and the roof is stunning. Juan and Alex were responsive and helpful from start to finish. They checked in with me at least once a day, asked about my concerns, and resolved every issue without arguments or excuses. Eustis Roofing was not the least expensive choice, but it was definitely the best choice.

Unfortunately was unable to use this business for my roofing needs due to their refusal to sign one piece of paper that was needed for my mortgage company to allow me to move forward with them, unless I was already under contract + paid the deposit to them. The estimator who came out was great and they came recommended to me so I was looking forward to utilizing their services so this is quite disappointing. Other companies have offered to handle all the paperwork for me but I wanted to use someone I could trust based on someone I know’s recommendation. I’ll be looking elsewhere now.

We were very pleased with Eustis Roofing's professionalism and craftsmanship. Our home was for sale and we needed a coating put on a flat portion of the roof prior to closing. Eustis expected to spend a couple hours cleaning the existing roof before applying the protective coats. However, the roof needed additional cleaning and prep than expected. Eustis ended up spending an entire day cleaning and preping the surface and spending a second day applying the coatings. They simply were not willing to install a sub-standard roof system. I was very impressed.
