From the initial visit to the final stages Eustis Roofing did everything possible to make this big task go easy. They finished the job in the time frame that was given. Unfortunately was unable to use this business for my roofing needs due to their refusal to sign one piece of paper that was needed for my mortgage company to allow me to move forward with them, unless I was already under contract + paid the deposit to them. The estimator who came out was great and they came recommended to me so I was looking forward to utilizing their services so this is quite disappointing. Other companies have offered to handle all the paperwork for me but I wanted to use someone I could trust based on someone I know’s recommendation. I’ll be looking elsewhere now.
