I just witnessed one of their drivers fly down Golden Gate Parkway going 60 miles an hour and then cutting everybody off right before the on ramp squeezing his way in when he could have clearly have gotten behind somebody with no issues
Spent $49 on a trip charge to have them misdiagnose a problem and give me a sky high quote. Would have spent $625 and not solved anything. With an hourly rate of $149 that was not disclosed to me beforehand, I decided to call another company with an hourly rate of $99 who solved the problem immediately. I asked to speak to a manager but my call was never returned. A waste of 50 bucks, glad I went with my instincts and didn't authorize anything further.
