We chose RRCA because they had good reviews and we will really liked our project manager, Jason. He was great from the very beginning; he was very knowledgeable and went over the prcess thoroughly. Unfortunately, the process working with RRCA didn't go well, I didn't hear from their office for 2 months after I signed the contract and paid our deposit. So, I decided to call the office because my project manager couldn't even get details from the office. I would call the office and either wouldn't get a call back or they would call back almost a week later. The process took lodger than it should have even though of the circumstances from the storm. Thie customer service and communication was very much lacking. Once the roof finally got completed, the crew made a mess. There was black tar our white garage door, on our driveway, and on the drip edge. They damaged some fascia and soffit and didnt even fix it. Our project manager ended up fixing it himself. He went over and beyond to complet
With the devastation of Horrible Hurricane Ian we all faced, a Big Ray of Sunshine drifted into our lives, namely Michael Herrera! Mike is with RRCA Roofing and Reconstruction. He was the most sincere Contractor I have ever worked with. He explained every step of the Roof Replacement, including the time and cost of materials. Michael kept close contact with updates, as well as helping me understand what to expect from the business aspect and percentages of completion. We feel very Blessed having him in our corner. The Roof looks wonderful, and we attribute our success to Michael as Project Manager. This young man made an unpleasant situation bearable. Best wishes to Michael and RRCA Roofing. Jared was AWESOME! He provided the best customer service, always responded very quickly, explained everything in full detail and was extremely helpful. His team dealt directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to hassle them about payment, made our lives so much easier. Highly recommend Jared and his team!
