Rich Dubiel serviced our plumbing when we had a leak at our water connection in our bathroom. He was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was here right within the window promised and took good care of us. This was our first experience with Best Home Services, but it will definitely not be our last. Great customer service! Hate leaving bad reviews, but this is deserved unfortunately. Service was good, technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Juan came out and diagnosed my failed fan motor. Was ordered and received the following day. He came out, installed the motor, and all was well... Except the fact that I was charged over $1,000 for LABOR ONLY to install this motor, that took him right about 1 HOUR!! That is absolutely insane. The motor was covered under carrier 10year warranty, and I was responsible for the labor cost. That's fine, but you cannot charge me that kind of money for 1 hour of work. My airhandler is accessible, and not in a 150 degree attic like some, so this kind of charge is not acceptable. Absolutely will not use this company for ANYTHING in the future. They will take advantage of you, stay away!

Jeff from Best home services was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to explain everything about the issues my system was having so I could understand what we were paying for. I confirmed everything he showed me and he seemed very honest. He was very respectful of my home and made sure to call me ahead of time when he was on his way to our appointment.
