Plumbing: Hot water heater-Ryan Taylor was on time, got right to work, showed me what was needed and handled the job perfectly. He also carefully checked everything plumbing-wise. He offered suggestions only. Will definitely request him next time I need any plumbing services. If I were given the option, he would be rated 10 stars. Electric: electrical panel replacement- Anthony Sanchez was actually a few minutes early. Showed me exposed wires in breaker box and burned cables at connection point. He also repaired loose outlet covers and checked everything electrical. He was here for 4 hours. Very pleasant, hard working and knowledgeable. Did not leave a mess behind. Another hard worker deserving of 10 stars. And another technician I will request again.
I was hesitant at first to call Best Home Services, but I am so glad I did! I had help for my water leak in less than 24 hours - got great advice also! I will definitely call again.
