Our air handler was having issues and Downeast came out the same day to look things over and get us back up and running. Extra thank you to Marc who was not only on time, he was able to get out a bit early (and on a summer day with no AC that is always appreciated). He took his time and walked us through what the issue was and why it happened. We talked maintenance (and yes they have a good package for that too) and he even offered suggestions to help us get enhanced performance from our system. If you use them I hope you have a great experience too. With the attentiveness, professionalism, and solid customer service I can't imagine you would not.
