All around great experience thank you
My husband called Gen Service to repair our generator. The young man, Rob, (the owner) came to our home the very next day. He made the necessary repairs for a very reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable and he placed us on a yearly maintenance plan. We definitely highly recommend him.????
Rob, is truly amazing and makes sures the job is done right and correctly. I had to call Rob after Ian hit, which I felt bad about as I knew he was going to be slammed. Rob answered the phone, and i explained to him the couple of issues going on, and Rob took the time to talk me through it. Thanks to Rob's help we got the generator running smoother. Rob still do show up the following day, just to check in on us, and give it a little tune up. I highly recommend this company Rob! He is honest, hardworking, and very fairly priced. I was truly blown away by the level of customer service I received from Rob and Gen Service!
