Just finishing up a one year remodel, ending with a roof replacement and total attic insulation replacement. In the last year we literally had hundreds of people in and out of this home. I can say without hesitation that Adam and his team at IROOF were by far the BEST experience we had. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. They did a phenomenal job cleaning out all the old musty insualtion and replaced it with brand new insulation, sending me before and after photos the entire time. Everyone on the team cleaned up every day to make sure no debri was left behind on the property. When they finished the job they made sure that every detail was complete, even touching up the exterior paint where they had to adjust the existing gutters. Newly became Secondary homeowners in Florida and needed our roof replaced desperately. Iroof LLC went above and beyond. With living out of state, communication and coordination was impeccable. Adam was on top of everything from scheduling demo, permitting, communicating with the HOA, to choosing a tile, to installation of the new tile roof as well as pictures and updates of progress. Crews that preformed labor were also professional, skilled and respectful. Couldn’t be more pleased with these guys and their professional craftsman ship and final product .
