This has been my best plumbing experience. Very nice staff. Scheduled in my time frame & quickly. Plumber (Weston J) who arrived was professional & explained costs. He didn't try to up-sell any unnecessary services. He fixed a broken water line, installed shut-offs, a new exterior facuet & fixed a leak. We used Babes to video the sewer lines of a house we are purchasing. They were quick to respond to my after hours email (first thing the next morning), were able to get us scheduled the next day, arrived early (!!!!!), and Matt was very professional and nice. Their price was a bit higher than others but it was worth it to have the inspection done quickly and done well. We’ve also received the video of the job for our records. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for work once we’ve completed the purchase.

Good experience with Babes's. Estimate was free unlike other's who wanted $99 for an estimate. Parts had to be ordered and we were kept informed. New parts were installed nicely with no leaks. Work was done when promised. They are not the least expensive but very responsive. Initially we thought there was a problem with the finish of the installed parts and they willingly ordered replacement parts for us. Later we decided the finishes were OK and they were nice when we called to say we did not need the parts replaced. Would use again with confidence. Services: Shower installation, Faucet installation
