Professional, prompt and good value. I recently left a larger company. This is a local business that values its customers. My friend who recommended this place used to own his own ac company so that says it all.
Have used Superior since moving to Florida 9 years ago. Every time I call I get prompt efficient service. They are very nice on the telephone and every tech they have sent to address the problem has been very knowledgeable, Fixed the problem and suggested ways to prevent the problem in the future.
Called for a simple maintenance service call. Tech showed up miserable and left abruptly after not having a fuse to replace the one that had blown while they preformed maintenance. I took the 8 minute drive to lowes myself to buy a replacement and got system up and running. Very unprofessional service tech. Who was rude and obnoxious from the moment he entered our house. Called after hours line and never heard back from management . Service: A/C system maintenance
