We had an issue with our AC over the weekend. Called on Sunday evening and spoke with the owners. Amazing response. The unit was fixed first thing Monday morning. Even more Amazing response! We have been blessed with this relationship since they installed the system a few years ago. They go above and beyond to be sure you are satisfied with their service. I cannot say enough good things about Florida Solution Air and the owner, Iran. He has come to my home three times to service an old system that he did not install. Each time he has addressed the situation and repaired my old unit. He has never tried to sell me a new unit but has always been candid with me about the age and condition of my existing unit. I keep waiting for it to fail but he keeps fixing it! The first two times we had to call him was for emergency service -- on a Sunday night both times. He came within a few hours. Today was no different. I called around noon and he was already finished and gone by 2:15pm. Also, he has always been fair with his pricing and he did not charge me a premium for coming out on a Sunday night. Unheard of. Call Iran if you are having an issue with your AC unit. In SWFL, it is very nice to know that your AC man is honest. I find this company very refreshing to deal with. I will certainly be contacting them when my old unit finally doe
