Family Pride Roofing

I spent several weeks trying to get them to commit to replacing my roof after the hurricane. It took me over a week just to get them to provide an estimate. Based on recommendations from others I decided to go ahead and use them even though they were the highest estimate. I spent the last two weeks trying to get them to reply to me regarding hiring them, and I still haven't heard from them. Save your time and go with another company like Westfall Roofing, who actually came out to my home to provide me with an estimate that was lower and better than Family Pride.

Overall I was happy with the process of getting a new roof with Family Pride Roofing. We had our share of hiccups along the way but the company did handle everything and try to make everything go as smoothly as possible. The guys that come out that did the work on our roof were very good. They were in and out in one full day's work which is amazing. They also did a phenomenal job cleaning up all the debris and nails for my yard. This company come highly recommended to me from local people who live in North Port and I will say that I would recommend them to somebody else as I feel they care about their customers and want their customers to have good experience. I'd also like to add that they were about $1,000 cheaper than any of the other roofing companies that I spoke with

I called them several time for my roof replacement but got nowhere. First time call, they made an appointment to come to do estimate but never showed up , never called me back nor any response. Second time call , left voice mail but never responded. Third time call , she she said that she will gave me an online estimate. It never happened. Waste a lot of time . So I had a different company doing it. Don’t use them . They are not professional .
