When my water heater stopped working, I knew exactly who to call: Sunrise Plumbing. They were able to come out the same day and diagnose the issue, explaining everything clearly and providing an honest estimate for repair costs. The technician was professional and courteous throughout every step of the process - he even got my heater up and running quickly! I am truly amazed with the level of service provided by Sunrise Plumbing; I would highly recommend them without reservation!

Did a stupid thing and hit the backflow above ground pipe in my yard with my mower. Called the city to turn off the water, but the plumber arrived within fifteen minutes of calling him. Didn’t even need the city to turn off the water he was so fast. He and his co-worker quickly dug up the area, installed new pipes, and put it all back together pretty darn fast. Jason was on time, professional, and unbelievably patient as I tried to figure out the status of the warranty on my old heater. He ended up having to make 2 trips to pick up a new water heater instead of one and was so calm and easygoing about it. He did fantastic work on the installation and knowing I was upset about my old warranty, he reassured me about the new one. I think they did an outstanding job picking out a reliable new water heater with a great warranty. I would hire Sunrise Plumbing in a heartbeat again and will keep their number on my fridge.
