Today was our first experience with ACS, as our previous heating cooling owner retired. Chris was our technician and did an excellent job of servicing our air conditioner, with thorough explanations throughout the checkup , and cleaning the AC with friendly, expert analysis. This company is employee owned by experts with heating and cooling backgrounds. My wife and I highly recommend this company. Service: A/C system maintenance
Called said be there to review job. They did. Appt to come, called said running late (I understand) great to get call! Set up date 2 days later. were there and job was done. GREAT COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! 2 COMPANIES NEVER SHOWED. Service: Repair HVAC
Local Cooling Solutions has taken over Martin Air. They responded the same day but since the repair was complicated, they made sure the unit was working and came back two days later. I was very impressed that Chris took the time to explain the problem and documented the whole repair process with photos. Very happy with their service and will definitely stay a customer.
