We had an issue with our air handler. Service was very prompt, incredibly reasonable and very professional. The tech was knowledgeable about the product, how it operated and was extremely competent. I was very comfortable with her performing the service and she did an absolute bang up job. Above and beyond, incredibly nice and great to talk to. I would not hesitate to welcome total air solutions back into our home. Our service tech was outstanding. She is a rockstar! We appreciate her hard work, prefessionalism and dedication to her job. I'm also a field service tech (in a different field) and she is the definition of what it means to be a field service tech. She showed empathy, integrity, and passion. Outstanding service! We had some performance issues involving hard start, an electrical short and the thermostat. After a number of service visits, the problems have been corrected and am currently pleased with their follow up and concern.

I have contracted with Total Air Solutions for biannual maintenance on my (4) AC systems for years. They always do great work. Jacq has been here several times for my maintenance. He spent a lot of time going over each unit; cleaning, checking electrical, checking gas & pressures, etc. Once finished he gave me a complete report and explained any issues that he encountered. The work is thorough and professional and I never feel like they are trying to "sell", just take care of routines items. Service: A/C system maintenance
