Great service, fixed the problem right away.

They spent two hours trying to fix a blockage in my kitchen sink and charged me $240 but weren't able to solve the problem. Leon, the technician, was a good guy but now I can't get Don to call me back. I've left two messages and it's been 3 days but nothing. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for the reply & I hope everything is OK with Don and his family. Again, Leon was a good technician and I had no problem paying a fair price for his labor. What I don't understand is why I wasn't given a courtesy call to let me know that Don was unavailable. You called me Thursday of last week to confirm my credit card # when you weren't able to run my card, but I got no response when I called Monday of this week and then again Tuesday for a follow-up. Leaving a customer in the dark for 72 hours when you've already charged them is unacceptable...I wonder how long it would have taken to get a response if I had not pos
