The crew that did the installation of my hurricane windows and doors was fast, clean and polite. But don’t do business with them because if any problems are detected after the installation and you have to deal with the office people, they are terrible. They promised but they didn’t call me in advance before the city inspector arrive at our house, and with they made us loose the appointment. They rush you on the phone, too bad to listen to customers complain, too fast to speak. They didn’t care at all to send people back fast to fix my front door handle that wasn’t opening sometimes, and with this putting my house in risk because we have to leave the side doors open otherwise as plan B. Againn they don't care to send guys back to fix any issue. They only care to make money fast, even if is without quality. With this creating many unhappy employees at their office picking up too many calls from frustrate customers like me.

Door replacement by Michael and Randy his brother. Both are very professional people and very satisfied with their work they performed today. Will reference them for sure.

I have never in my life had a company take such pride in their work, they did amazing quality work on my house (the quality is even in the small details too, the picture doesn't do it justice). On top of the quality, they were super respectful of my home and property. The price was 100% worth it. So, the least I could do to show my appreciation is to write this review, thanks again for the excellent work you did
