I have been using Florida Air for over 17 years, when I became president of my condominium our property manager was using Florida Air because they provided the best service to us along with being one of the few companies that had all the licenses and insurance that is required. Jessica is great she responds immediately and has a team out to the property asap. The service people are extremely professional and knowledgeable. My A/C unit quit cooling Sunday night. I called first thing in the morning to see if someone could come out. My only hiccup was I had to leave at 9:45 to go to Naples to pick up a dog for a transport. Luis the technician was here in about 30 minutes and found the problem and had it fixed in short order! This unit was purchased from Florida Air Services 7 years ago. GREAT service then and GREAT service now!
