We are a first time purchaser of a manufactured home and are very thankful that we found Robert to do some repairs, maintenance and updates. He is extremely knowledgeable on these types of homes and is eager to share his knowledge! He can do almost anything and if he can’t personally do it he has trusted colleagues that he can call to get the work done. He does the work quickly, efficiently, professionally and with a great deal of pride! I won’t call anyone else for any future needs!! P.S. He also saved our home from flooding!! A pipe burst near the water heater while he was at the house working. He knew exactly what to do to get the water turned off and cleaned up the water before any damage was done to the floors and sub floor. It saved us thousands of dollars!!
