ACE A/C of Ocala

My husband and I have been having problems with our A/C unit since October of 2021, shortly after we moved into our NEW home. Ace has been out to our home 8 times in total and so far all that's been done was a new blower and a new air intake was put in but the unit still won't hold temperature (get's over 90 degree). Every time Tyler comes out his default is for us to put up blinds. After speaking with the unit's manufacturer, we were told the blinds would only help a little and that it wasn't problem. I wasn't planning on writing a review at all but today was the final straw and I feel like everyone including the owner needs to know what happened. Tyler came out and without really check any of the duct work (the unit itself supposedly works fine) again started with putting up blinds. My husband told him we will but that the manufacturer said it wouldn't do much good and that the system isn't just the unit itself and asked him to check other things. Ace Ac of Ocala installed my unit on new construction. Unfortunately someone else drove a nail through a wire somewhere! Tyler from ACE was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it even quicker. He had to run a new thermostat wire under the home and got soaked in the process. The tech was professional and NEVER complained once. I would give 10 stars if I could. Excellent customer service!
