ACE A/C of Ocala

Ace Ac of Ocala installed my unit on new construction. Unfortunately someone else drove a nail through a wire somewhere! Tyler from ACE was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it even quicker. He had to run a new thermostat wire under the home and got soaked in the process. The tech was professional and NEVER complained once. I would give 10 stars if I could. Excellent customer service! Taylor arrived on time as promised. He was friendly and professional. Taylor answered all my questions and was polite. He explained to me on the phone the price up front and told me my unit was under warranty and I need need to pay the service call fee.
