Excelente place,,got some fuses from them and its cheaper then the big stores which didn't have them,,thanks
Other than Mike, who is great, the other staff members are terrible. They're condescending, which is ironic because they're usually wrong (wrong terminology, etc) and far from friendly and accommodating. You feel as though you're intruding when you walk in and want to buy something. For that great customer service, you also get to pay significantly more than the big box retail outlets.
Called in to place an order and the staff were incredibly rude. Felt like I was being a major inconvenience to them. Went to Home Depot where everyone was delightful. Do yourself a favor, go to Home Depot.
