My 26 year old central AC unit needed replacing. My first estimate was quite high, so I contacted several other companies. The second one gave a higher estimate than the first. Others didn't respond. Tom gave me a quote for $1320 less than my first quote, and was able to have his guys at my place the next day, as opposed to the 2 weeks the other place said I would have to wait. They had the job completed in less than 4 hours, took away the old unit, and cleaned up the mess.

Tom has helped us out 3 times. He installed a new unit. He fixed a thermostat. He helped today when our a/c unit quit because of a drainage issue. Each time he came quickly. Today he came a half hour after we called. Always diagnoses problem quickly and correctly. Have never felt overcharged for anything. Knows what he’s doing and is eager to help. Highly recommend.
