Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been with Service Experts for countless years. They’re a great company and I recommend them to everyone. Their techs have always been awesome. I had the pleasure of having Alex as my tech today. He informed me a part may go bad in the very near future if not replaced soon. I just loved that he didn’t pressure me into purchasing the part through fear of my a/c breaking down. He simply advised. (I did purchase the part and had it installed.) Alex was a pleasant and personable young man and Service Experts should be proud of the way he represents their company.

Alfred Salas has to be one of your best Service Technician. He maintains my system like it was his own. He doesn’t overlook any component and is ready to explain what he finds defective along with what is in proper working order. I’m very pleased with the service that he has provided and ask that he be the Technician assigned to return for my next scheduled appointment.

If I could leave zero stars I would. When I initially called and set up for a tech to come out and give me an estimate everything was great. This was in july. We were told the tech would be at our house by 4, and he did not show up until after 5. Upon arrival, the tech was very nice. He looked at all our issues (plumbing) and sat down with us and went over the estimate. We decided to have it financed. So we called the following week to get the financing set up. The receptionist who seriously lacks personality, said oh well I'm going to have to have someone get back to you about that because you have to talk to some one specific to set up the finances. I don't do that she says. Cool, no problem. She said she would pass it along and someone would call me. You guessed it, the call never happened. I called multiple times weeks after. It got to the point of September. I asked to speak with a manager at this point. I was then given the run around, told no one was told about my call and no
