Called them out to assess our garage door. Was told we’d need a whole new system, to the tune of $1400. Called another guy who came out the next day. He sprayed WD-40 and showed us where to spray twice and year and it’s now working perfectly. He refused to charge us. Don’t trust Precision! Get second opinions!
Called Precision around 9:00 am. A technician was at our home before 11:30 am. Evan (technician) was pleasant, knowledgeable and completed the repairs promptly. Torsion springs and related bearings were replaced satisfactorily. We are pleased with the service.
Thomas was great and kindly explained everything to me. I also loved that I was sent a text ahead of time with Thomas’s picture and a few fun facts so that I would know who I’d be letting in my home.
