I was able to schedule an appointment online very easily for some repairs and maintenance to my garage doors. From start to finish they were extremely professional and organized. Everything was itemized and before and after photos taken of every detail of both of my garages. I am very impressed and happy with them and will use them in the future. Also, I like to support businesses that employ veterans, and this one definitely does and you can tell by the efficiency and organization of the entire process .

I called Precision Door Service this morning at 7:55am and they were out at my house by 8:28! Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he recommended to be prepared after he preformed an inspection on the garage door. We recently moved into an older home and the door is probably 20 years old. He didn’t try and up sell us and did a fantastic job. We were up and running in a few hours. We will absolutely use Precision again. Thank you so much for getting out here so quickly.

Called Precision around 9:00 am. A technician was at our home before 11:30 am. Evan (technician) was pleasant, knowledgeable and completed the repairs promptly. Torsion springs and related bearings were replaced satisfactorily. We are pleased with the service.
