Being a 3 year resident in Ocala Palms Community I made a choice of Precision Garage Doors of Central Florida too come out and do a Maintenance check and check a vibration bang I had on one side of door, Tommy was quick with what was wrong, fixed the issue and advised me about my metal wheels VS Aluminum wheels, he was correct very quit rolling up and down now, adjustment made on bottom, checked out springs all good. Gave me and estimate as well before hand on wheel replacement, the price very affordable. Am a happy customer and you will be too. I see why they are 5*

Thomas was great and kindly explained everything to me. I also loved that I was sent a text ahead of time with Thomas’s picture and a few fun facts so that I would know who I’d be letting in my home.

I called at 9am to make an appointment and Mike arrived at 11:15. Very professional and polite. Did a great job of explaining my options. I needed a new opener installed and rollers replaced. He was able to do it right then. Was complete in less than 2 hours. I will definitely recommend and use them again. Mike did an amazing job. The person who took my call was awesome too and I had a follow up call shortly after Mike left to make sure I was completely satisfied. Awesome company.
