Our dishwasher was backing up with discharged water remaining in the bottom of the machine. Jimmy diagnosed the problem immediately, made the appropriate repair and tested the machine to ensure its proper operation. He completed the work in @ 25 minutes and charged a fair price for his work.

I has used Grimm appliances twice. Both were great experiences! The first time they came out, they said the motor for my dryer was bad and the cost of the part and repair wasn’t worth it. I really appreciated the honesty. They arrived on time and were able to squeeze me in even right before Christmas. I got a used dryer as a replacement from FB and it immediately stopped working. I called them back out to look at this one and they had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour, just a couple days before Christmas. Highly recommend! Service: Washer/dryer repair
