We were having some trouble getting our new Nest E Thermostat to work with our central AC unit. The technician that helped us, Darrell, checked our entire system to make sure nothing else could've been the cause since we hadn't had our system checked in a little while, fixed our Nest E Thermostat, and properly hooked it up to our central AC unit (turned out there was one setting we got wrong in the Nest app ????????‍♀️). My husband and I have had a lot of trouble finding professional companies since moving here. This is the first time we've hired them. This company and Darrell were very polite, knowledgeable, patient, and professional with their services. They've been a breath of fresh air for us, and we'll continue hiring them for future services. Lance was very courteous and friendly. Had ac working in no time. Very professional and would recommend him to anyone needing repairs. Really enjoyed talking with buddy Bryant as Lance worked on the ac. Both were very knowledgeable on what the issues were going on with the ac.

Very nice and professional! When setting up the appointment they were very nice and understanding. The technician was top notch! The company even sends you a text with a picture of the technician with their name when they are on the way. This is my first experience with this company and definitely using them from here on out.
