Robert Pfender is an asset to Mid-Florida Heating & Air. Very professional and he is passionate for what he does. He throughly explained things in detail what he was doing and why it needs to be done and the time frame of what's going to be scheduled next time. He explained to me what I need to remember to do in the future in between service calls (to do my minor part which I was slacking at) Definitely highly recommend Mid-Florida Heating and Air for your needs. I ordered a brand new system and Josh set me and my family up with everything we needed. However the installation team left dust and debris all over my floors, dressers and even stuff inside my sons crib. they also left a hole in the platform and didn’t seal anything up. I reached out to Josh and thankfully he was able to come out himself and fix someone else’s subpar work. Josh is the reason for the 5 stars.
