He throughly explained things in detail what he was doing and why it needs to be done and the time frame of what's going to be scheduled next time. He explained to me what I need to remember to do in the future in between service calls (to do my minor part which I was slacking at) Definitely highly recommend Mid-Florida Heating and Air for your needs. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company. I have 2 rental properties and my primary residence. I signed up for their service agreement for all 3 houses to service the fall of 2021 and spring 2022. They came today and started with the 1st house. He was there for about an hour and when he was finished presented me with a list of repairs. We've had absolutely no issues with this unit, so I said if it's not broke, don't fix it. The remaining 2 houses took him only about 1/2 hour to service and initially refused to service 1 unit as its in the attic, the same place it was in the fall. He was very rude and now I question how well he actually serviced the last 2 houses once he found out I wasn't just going to get "repairs" done. He actually only left me 1 "client options form" and that was for the 1st house. He stated how much my future costs were going to be totaling over $4,000, of which $2,800 is for "future repairs". He knows this how? Not only that, but he serviced my units whic
