I ordered a brand new system and Josh set me and my family up with everything we needed. However the installation team left dust and debris all over my floors, dressers and even stuff inside my sons crib. they also left a hole in the platform and didn’t seal anything up. I reached out to Josh and thankfully he was able to come out himself and fix someone else’s subpar work. Josh is the reason for the 5 stars.
