We are very excited to get our new metal roof installed, National Home Craft has been great, so far the process has been smooth. Their Representative Tim Hutchenson was on time, very professional, patient and able to answer all of our questions which were many. His presentation was excellent, very informative and made it easy to make our decision on choosing National Home Craft as our new roofers. We chose the SolarShield Metal System for many reasons some of them were to save money, keep our home cooler, better protected in the case of severe weather and the beautiful appearance and value a metal roof will give our home. The SolarShield Metal System has a Lifetime Warranty on labor and materials. All around they were our best option. Honestly recommend you to look them up if your considering a Metal roof for hour home. We will update this review once our roof is installed, we can’t wait!

I was not happy with the followup from these guys after we made our final payment. Issues arose after we took our first few showers that we, the purchasers, didn't anticipate when we made our final payment. The shower head they purchased and installed could not be turned down far enough to prevent the shower spray from blowing out the shower curtain at the bottom and running water all over the bathroom floor. The shower curtain railing was installed crocked and it ran down hill on one side. I contacted them and they said these issues were our fault and have so far refused to take any responsibility for their issues. I have to correct myself, Shannon, the salesman, offered to pay half of what it would cost to correct our issues but when I contacted Alan, the manger, totally refused to do anything what so ever. This company did a metal roof on a house down the street from me which took at least 5 days, as I watched these men work I was impressed as to the professionalism they had as they worked. I have watched asphalt roofers strip and re shingle a roof in 1 day, 2 at most, but I also saw a lot of corners get cut. Presentation by Tim Hutcheson was very thorough and professional, he answered all my questions and concerns with no hesitation. I like the fact this is a family owned and operated metal roofing co. and not a franchise with sub contractors rushing and cutting corners to finish fast. Pricing was competitive to asphalt roofing which will need to be replaced in approximately 20 years or insurance co. demands of 10 years. It was well worth the 2 hrs going over what to expect with my new metal roof. my lady friend sat thru the presentation and even signed on to have her roof done in metal.
