As a former employee you cannot get a more honest review. I worked for ponds for over 2 years and enjoyed every minute. Harry is a true professional and one of the most honest guys in the business. Cody is a top notch genius in HVAC and I would trust anything he tells you about your system. Ted will never steer you wrong and always do what's best for the Customer. Dj, Avery, and Christian are among the best installers in the business I have ever seen. A great company, a bunch of great guys. I have worked in HVAC for 14 years and I have seen alot. Ponds is a solid company and you be crazy not to call them.

We recently changed our a.c unit with this company. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. They were very professional and gave us a fair price (we got different estimates from other companies). They quickly responded to us when we had a little issue and solved it really fast. My A/C was making a big noise inside & outside unit. It was no longer cooling. I did some research on line & Ponds Heating & Cooling sounded like what I needed so that's who I called that morning. Spoke with the receptionist & explained what was going on. She told me she would send someone out & they would call me on the way. Ted called & arrived right on time. He was polite & knowledgeable. He told me I had a bad Blower Motor & he took care of that. I told him I want 6 month maintenance with Ponds so he checked to make sure everything was good.
