Terrific ! The tech. was there very quickly. Replaced my 40 gal with a new AO Smith unit. I forgot his name but I was very pleased with his service. I received a link on email to acknowledge my invoice but the link was insufficient to complete this as it was a generic statement. Service: Water heater repair
