I purchased a new dishwasher from Home Depot and paid for installation and haul away and when they brought the dishwasher they said they couldn’t install it because the valve to shut off the water was rusted shut. Do they just left the new dishwasher and didn’t haul the old one away. I called William Bil Plumbing that same day, Thursday, and he was there on Saturday and fixed the rusted valve, installed the dishwasher, and hauled away the old one for less than Home Depot charged. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will use him again!!
Poor attitude, refuses to listen to the issue and when corrected gets a poor attitude about it, it took 4 days to complete a job that could have been finished in less than a day charges prior to service, refuses to provide copies of work done. I recommend not using this business, you can find a BETTER PROFESSIONAL. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
Years later after having William Bil plumb a bathroom renovation at our house we are having to tear it all out and start over. As we take apart the bathroom, it is so surprising to discover the way Mr. Bil cut corners. We paid for Kohler products, but the drains, valves, etc. (the parts a customer usually cannot see) are not Kohler, but are the least expensive parts available. These cheaper parts have corroded and leaked to the point of nonfunctioning.
