Years later after having William Bil plumb a bathroom renovation at our house we are having to tear it all out and start over. As we take apart the bathroom, it is so surprising to discover the way Mr. Bil cut corners. We paid for Kohler products, but the drains, valves, etc. (the parts a customer usually cannot see) are not Kohler, but are the least expensive parts available. These cheaper parts have corroded and leaked to the point of nonfunctioning.
Poor attitude, refuses to listen to the issue and when corrected gets a poor attitude about it, it took 4 days to complete a job that could have been finished in less than a day charges prior to service, refuses to provide copies of work done.
