Unfortunately, there were no plumbers available today, but the gentleman who took my call took 15 minutes of his day at 6:45pm to try and walk me through how to fix my problem. I was even able to text him two photos of the issue. This exemplified incredible professionalism and consideration that went well beyond a simple phone call.
