On Time Electric

I feel I was really overcharged. They charged me for the time the electrician had to leave to purchase the 2 very common items needed for the job a regular electrician would have on a work truck. I was charged for the time the worker called the office to detail the work performed, waited for the invoice to be written up and sent. This totaled about 2 hours and at $150 per hour! I had to specifically ask for an itemized invoice and then saw I was charged at least double of what one would pay at a local hardware store for the hardware needed. I had asked for an approximate estimate up front but was told they would have no idea of cost until they got there. The electrician was very personable and did a good job but I'm feeling very taken advantage of. I would definitely not use On Time Electric again or refer them to anyone. Response was quick, the plug repair was completed, and the cost was very fair. Very pleased and satisfied.

If you're service goes fine then all is good if it goes bad Rick will not answer his phone and will ghost you will not claim responsibility for anything that goes wrong At that point you just might as well hire your friend that did electric work at his grandparents house 10 years ago,.. SAME DAMN THING!!!
