Quick response on a Friday night when our A/C stopped cooling. The technician called that evening and came by 1st thing Saturday morning. Solved the issue quickly and got us running and cooled down. The tech was very professional and walked me through everything he was doing. Purchasing a warranty/maintenance contract 2 years ago was one of the best choices I’ve made. No charge! Basically I called my people at Superior due to my unit not meeting the demands to this extreme Heat! Mark (with a K) worked his butt off in the attic but bottom line is I needed a new unit. That’s where the amazing Shawn (spelled correctly) Paradise gave me an awesome deal on a Rheem. Folks, she purrs like a kitten and keeps me cool. The installers, Victor and his amazing wife worked there booties off getting me up and running. I can’t say enough about the owner and his Awesome team! I’ve always gotten great service from the Superior Heating & Cooling family! I’ve used Superior for 20 years and always will!
