Of Course, my A/C broke down on a Friday, in the afternoon, with a heat index of 105 Degrees Fahrenheit… Being a new homeowner and not having a lot of connections for people who work with A/C repair, I trusted Google reviews and I’m very happy I did. Aire Serv of Palm Harbor was the first company I saw which had 5 stars and great reviews from past customers, so I gave it a shot. Brian was super professional from the start. He was punctual, informative, and educational. He showed me exactly why my unit was tripping the breaker, and really what my only option was, given that my unit was over 20 years old… Brian offered financing that made it simple and more comfortable to pay for the cost of having to buy a whole A/C unit. The next day, he was punctual and worked tirelessly to have both, the air handler and compressor unit installed in a timely manner. The job was done professionally and clean. My regular AC guy was a no show for a couple of days after my AC died. I then tried Joe Cool who tried to pre qualify me for expensive services by asking me if I was the home owner and I advised them it was a simple fix and I would be paying cash. The 90 bucks to come see it wasn't a problem for me either as it's the norm for a service call. Then after that I called Brian after reading some reviews on Google as many mentioned his name specifically rather then just "The Tech". I prefer the smaller business's being one myself. I got Brian on the phone interviewed me about the problem and was at my door 45 minutes later and fixed the issue. Brian struck me as a professional as he was well presented, well spoken, and not over selling me the service. Some guys make it sound like wizardry but AC units are not really that complicated mechanically if you have been trained properly.
