So our ac went out & I went on their website at 8:30am Saturday morning & scheduled appt for 11am Saturday morning. At 9:46am I was text messaged back that they were completely booked for Saturday but they’d put us on the list first if anyone were to cancel their appointment & said if no one canceled we would be put on the schedule for the work to be performed Sunday. I texted back ok & later on Saturday afternoon I sent a message asking what time they would be able to come Sunday & shortly after text was sent they put their messages on silent or do not disturb lol so I figured no big deal, maybe they’ll call tomorrow but NOPE ????☠️ it’s Monday & they still never called. I think what people want to hear is honesty. If you couldn’t come until Monday or whenever, tell the people that, don’t lie about being overbooked, or that you’ll put them on list for anyone who may cancel their appointment & never call back or return messages, it’s unprofessional. I hate leaving bad Google reviews &
Booked a maintenance online for $59. The tech showed up an hour late causing to loose more time at work...then says it's a $185 service fee to shopvac the water out of my pan and have the ac run. I complained and said i booked a maintenence for 59 online. Then after he was done he said they only charged me the $59 I signed and he left. When I looked at my receipt via email it showed a $248 charge.? For what? He said they only charged the $59. I called and didn't get an answer nor a call back. Service: HVAC system maintenance
