Completed the work in a very professional manner. I have a lot of experience with septic systems. He put in a new drainfield and cleaned up the tank. He did a fantastic job, highly recommended. Did not show to the first appointment even through I reminded him. Showed up an hour late to the second. Promised he would file the permit on Monday. Two weeks later still had not filed the permit after several calls to remind him and promises to do so. Found a different plumber. Who is R?
