Although it was after hours, I received a call back right away to schedule the plumber. Instantly receive text confirmation of my appt and plumber’s full name. Received a reminder text confirming the same and a call from the plumber when he was on his way. Scott was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the care he took in the work area and cleansed up properly afterwards. Service was prompt, thorough and exceeded my expectations!! No wasting time “waiting” for the plumber to arrive or feeling like I was being hustled. I would highly recommend Brown. Brown Plumbing was amazing! The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. As a new hiomeowner who purchased an older home, He went out of his way to point out other plumbing items that will need my attention as well as help me with how to handle a few open permits on the home. Reasonably priced! I will definitely use again
