You want to use this company!!! I called about a warranty that I was hoping was on my shingles. However, there was not. In any case I was directed to Sherri Bankston who told me the bad news but then the good news. She explained there was no warranty but she wanted to send a specialist (Stephen) to check out the problem. I had a water build up and a corner junction of my roof and an added flat roof. After his initial inspection, Stephen sent his findings to Sherri and even though they didn’t have a warranty they fixed and replaced the shingles FOR FREE!!!!! There are still good people in this world folks. And this company has em. This is what a consumer wants in a product that they pay a lot of money for.
