David Pruette's Electrical Services

Pruette''s electric was hired by Crystal pool to do the electrical work. Crystal pools is Awesome, but Pruette's electric, not so much. I have found Pruette's electric to be unreliable! The overall installation is fine, but the delays from them have really slowed down the completion of my pool. They were late by a week with the initial installation and then they failed the final inspection a week ago and it is still not fixed. They tell me they ordered the parts and that is the last I heard from them. At this point I doubt I would use them again much less recommend them based on reliability. That is just extremely important to me! I have recommended Crystal pools to a friend but I cautioned them on using Pruette's to do the electrical....expect delays!

We would agree with the recent reviews of this company. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They all act as if they are the only electrical company out there. They forced my visually impaired husband to take pictures because they were to lazy to come out to review the job site before providing a quote. In addition, they shut off our pool controls and their response was to call PinchAPenny to fix them. It would be great to have a true real competitor in the area to force them out of business. As far as I know they specialize in pool jacuzzi type electricians but they are absolutely amazing would definitely use them again I know many people have used them never had problems on schedule nice employees very knowledgeable employees great people to have work for you would definitely use them again!
