This company is the best.. My previous company Ameritech Air Conditioning & Heating told me to replace evaporator coil and I ended up doing just that. More Freon is pumped in. I let it run and my unit breaks again in just 4 days. Found out problem was not with evaporator coil and I spend $700 for nothing. My experience with these companies has not been so good. All they see is where they can make the most from you while they’re on site. They’re never never honest with their business and they don’t care about you. And they don’t even care if they lose just one customer. Then I call Airology Heating & Cooling. Navin is very upfront and honest. Showed me exactly where the problem is. He also educated me to some extent. He did not overcharge like other companies. Very reasonable.. very honest. Thank you.

If you’re looking for a company that is honest, & genuine, Airology is there for you! We were dealing with a very dishonest property management & AC company that said we broke their compressor due to negligence of not changing something. I contacted Airology & they said that sounds incorrect and educated me to the best of their ability on what the issue could actually be. I reached out to Jenny a couple times, and days later I was still having trouble with my unit. She was able to have someone come out within the same day! Their service tech Navin was absolutely fantastic! When Navin arrived, he diagnosed the unit and informed me the compressor was in fact not broken, and that my evaporator coil would need to be serviced. I was so grateful, to find Airology by chance, and they literally saved us from having to spend hundreds of dollars on a problem that was never even one to begin with!
