Doug was able to walk us through the entire process, and was incredibly patient with us along the way. He really put our minds at ease. The process could not have gone more smoothly. Doug was in constant communication while he was filing the permits and ordering the materials. The install itself was complete in just one day. Doug and his crew left the job site spotless. In fact, Doug came back the following day and swept the property with a magnet a 2nd time to ensure there were no nails that my 3 young kids might accidentally step on.
