Ambrose Air, Inc. has always been responsive and professional in our dealing with them for service and repair. We recently had to have a new AC system installed and we called Ambrose. Awesome service! Brad did a great job with servicing our A/C unit. He replaced our capacitor, cleaned out the drain lines, balanced the fan, and even buried the thermostat wire for us. Very nice people but, unfortunately, their techs just aren't capable of necessary repairs on refrigeration. After spending over two thousand to get 2 coolers working properly with no results, I had another company come out to take a look. After 1 hour and three hundred dollars, the coolers are working perfectly. It's super frustrating to spend that much money and just get excuses as to why they were never fixed. Service: Repair HVAC
