I signed up for the annual maintenance service with pro tech. Victor M. was my technician. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He reviewed all of the work completed with me. Chris was the very best. He was on time, friendly and most importantly, very knowledgeable about the work he did for us - changing a natural gas stove to use with propane. We felt very confident in his work. We would not hesitate to use him for other issues we may come across. Again, the best. Thank you.
Joseph was great. We were having an issue with our plumbing backing up. This job became a challenge to figure out what was wrong. He started with the simplest, cheapest solutions first. He ended up having to snake a line from each roof vent all the way to the front clean out. He did what could easily have been considered a 2 man job by himself. To have all 3 bathrooms out of commission at the same time would have been a nightmare. Joseph made sure that didn’t happen. I’m very thankful to have found someone to come out on a Sunday evening within an hour of me calling AND to have the problem fixed the same day. Thanks again Joseph! Service: Sewer cleaning
