I was thankful of the time Joe (the Plumber) took to discover the “root” of the problem (no pun intended) that caused the underground pipe to crack. He was efficient and took his time making sure all was fixed for a quality job delivered. He took pictures and included a detailed narrative of all that was found and all that was done to fix it. And after all was said and done, he even left the area nice and clean and back to normal like it was. I would definitely recommend Joe and ProTech to others I know who may experience the same issue.
