Abel (tech) always has a great attitude and answers every question I have. Very thorough and professional. Love when he’s our tech! Kyle & Austin (install team) are kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable/professional. We are beyond happy with the quality of work that they did. Very happy with the new unit! Thank you!!! I'm suspicious of Downtown Air and Heat! They list certain services in their online profile everywhere (google, yelp, etc.) and also on their website but when you call about that service that they list everywhere including their own website, they get your information then flat out refuse to do the service. Are they just collecting people's information?! Not to mention the one who answers the phone doesn't know anything at all (not even basic things) and has to refer to their "technician". What's up with refusing to do the service that you yourself said you would do? Shady business!

Contacted them to provide standard maintenance on my AC and was able to get an appointment in a couple days.  The technician showed up on the early side of my arrival window, contacted me when they were on their way and was efficient with the service.  We were pleased with the overall process and will use them again.
