Downtown Air and Heat

This is the first review I ever wrote and it’s because it’s the best service I ever experienced from a ac company. I had all the old ducts and vents removed and all new ones installed and some low voltage wiring replaced. Kyle and Austin were the techs they sent out. These guys were so professional and knowledgeable and not to mention so polite. They let me know exactly what they were doing and constantly cleaning up behind themselves. They were here 3 days and always on time in the mornings. Downtown air will always be my go to ac company from now on. Service: HVAC duct & vent installation

This place will really take care of you! I had my ac go out and was told it was my compressor. Melvin came out and discovered it was not the compressor but a certain part. Unfortunately the part was back ordered for a bit. They have been working with me to find the part faster. It has been a 2 week ordeal but the office staff and techs have been on point with communication and providing updates. I finally got the part and Melvin and Abraham came in today and in under 2 hours had me rocking and rolling. Big thanks to the both Melvin and Abraham for providing excellent service the entire time! I'm suspicious of Downtown Air and Heat! They list certain services in their online profile everywhere (google, yelp, etc.) and also on their website but when you call about that service that they list everywhere including their own website, they get your information then flat out refuse to do the service. Are they just collecting people's information?! Not to mention the one who answers the phone doesn't know anything at all (not even basic things) and has to refer to their "technician". What's up with refusing to do the service that you yourself said you would do? Shady business!
