I still can't believe how I lucked out with an unexpected observation of roof damage that led to a note on my front door to contact NOK for details, which was followed by a visit from Brock Berry. The end result was a beautiful new roof, and I was spared the hassle of haggling with the insurance company and trying to understand every facet of roofers' practices. NOK facilitated everything, partnering with me throughout the journey. The full team -- schedulers, project manager, etc. -- was courteous, communicative, timely and professional. I am amazed by how much I learned about quality roof construction and working effectively with insurance carriers. Beware. Had my roof replaced. Workers did not have the professionalism I would expect leaving water bottles in weird places, being careless by dripping primer on my new pavers. Found 50 nails a week after the install. Beside that, I'm concerned I will have water leaks in my future from some questionable installation methods. It's difficult to get a hold of the contractors too. Unsatisfactory.

I've decided to use NOK Construction to replace the roof on my house. They were not the cheapest quote I've received, but I wanted to make sure I used someone that was reputable and I could held accountable for in case anything went wrong. Brock Berry did a great job at explaining their services as well all of the options I had to choose from. He then came back after service was completed and ran a thorough inspection of small things that needed to be addressed.
