I contacted NoK Construction based on the positive reviews from Google back in April of '22 about an addition to my home. I shared the plans that were previously created and the communication at first was excellent. Here we are 6 months later and Dan (owner) has yet to provide me with an official estimate for the work. He continues to have "reasons" for the delay and asks for 1 more week each time I follow up with him. I would not recommend based on my experience.
Beware. Had my roof replaced. Workers did not have the professionalism I would expect leaving water bottles in weird places, being careless by dripping primer on my new pavers. Found 50 nails a week after the install. Beside that, I'm concerned I will have water leaks in my future from some questionable installation methods. It's difficult to get a hold of the contractors too. Unsatisfactory.
NOK Construction services was exceptional, and their customer service Excellent. Ashley who dealt with legal matters and Brock who dealt with inspection were both helpful in handling our case successful. NOK Construction comes highly recommend.
