I worked with Drain Genie to scope my pipes for a second opinion and estimate on repair for a sag in my main line. They delivered prompt same-day service with the best price for scoping of the 6-7 plumbers I contacted before scheduling. Charles, the tech who worked with me, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with my many questions. He even had some treats in his pocket for my dog! Overall, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for fast service at a fair price.
Not sure "epic" is the right word for my experience with Drain Genie, but certainly a good story to share: We had two faucets in our home in Orlando with a bit too small flow compare to the other 4 we have in the house that are working perfectly fine. First appointment between 3-4pm: No Show. I had to call myself. Technician was running "an hour and a half" late. OK. Would have been good to know instead of wasting time at home. Reschedule shows up on my phone: 6-7pm. Afternoon ruined. 6 pm: At least I got a call letting me know that the technician will not show up after all.... Rescheduled the next day. I insisted this has to be "First thing in the morning". Got the 9-10 am slot. Yes, other people also have a regular job. But guess what. No show! About to cancel the whole thing. Matthew shows up at 11:30 am like nothing happened. Unbelievable. Looked (literally) at the two faucets but "he can't check them because they are not from Home Depot but from Amazon".
