I am beyond please with their services. I live in a fairly new apartment, but never would I have never thought I'd be dealing with a new faulty water heater. After 3 months of not having consistent hot water and the apartment complex's maintenance crew not being able to fix the problem, I had enough and management contacted Westbrook. Lester and his assistant were very attentive, professional and detailed. He followed up to make sure that everything was OK. I am beyond pleased with their prompt, professional and diligent work.

Westbrook solved the issue with my heat pump. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the field technicians. Angel was responsible, efficient and effective. He provided great communication so I understood what to expect. The office staff was also very courteous. The price charged was reasonable for all the work performed.
