E.C. Waters Air Conditioning & Heat

Technicians came out today , they gave me a courtesy call 30 min before they arrived. They informed me of what the process was for the day, answered all of my questions, and upon completion went over the entire unit inside and out and explained to me what things were and how they worked. Technicians we're also polite and made sure to clean up before they left. Entire experience was terrific and I would certainly recommend EC Waters to anyone. Service: Install AC

I have used EC Waters for at least 25 years. They have maintained HVAC systems at my home and at a former home that I turned into a rental. I have used them to install new systems and to do routine preventative maintenance and to service the units during periodic malfunctions. They are always timely and professional. They locate problems and keep the systems operational. I am just now getting ready to replace my 12 year-old system. What an amazing company, Clark and Steve always run this company with integrity. The team at EC Waters truly cares, the office staff is attentive and thoughtful. The girl who answered the phone had the cutest name but even sweeter attitude. Jam helped me schedule an appointment and fit me in, even though they were completely booked for 4 days out. My mother’s AC had gone out and being a maintenance customer they always find a way to take care of us. Then the technician called us when they were (30) thirty minutes out(just as promised), which was perfect as I had to meet them at my mom’s house since she is elderly. Then the tech explained everything in detail and ordered the part right there. Ms. Debby called me about 10 minutes later to give me a price and get my part covered under warranty. The price of the labor was fair and although the part was not available for 5 days, Jam kept calling and updating me to ensure that I had a follow up. She even helped escalate the process for us.
